Graeme Geldenhuys 2ccfd04f69 stdlib: add Security.Guid (RFC 4122 v4 GUIDs) ... NewGuid returns a canonical lowercase v4 GUID; NewGuidRaw returns the 16 raw bytes. Randomness comes from the kernel CSPRNG via getrandom(2), with the version (4) and variant (RFC 4122) bits forced. Tests cover the canonical format, version/variant bits in both string and raw forms, and uniqueness (47 tests total).		2026-06-23 00:15:03 +01:00
