Console program should not override background color to predefined color
because users can use terminal color scheme black on white for example.
Function WriteColorText() is rewrited to display text in specified
foreground color without change background color to fix#211.
It will disable all Console.Buffer* and Console.Cursor* calls. Useful
for some environments such as psexec or Appveyor that have output
redirection enabled.
