Заменена формул подсчета здоровья кода - ограничена каждая положэительная позиция 4 разами
Переменные-поля классов не считаются
Исправлен путь копирования в Release CodeTemplatesPlugin.csproj
Иконки - нормального размера. Видимо, был сбой в локальном репозитарии.
Восстановил старую синхронную загрузку обновлений из среды.
Попытка сделать её асинхронной вешала и закрывала оболочку.
В форме - оптимизации в связи с High DPI
Отдельный проект VisualPascalABCNET_40.csproj для компиляции под Windows XP с NET 4.0
Изменения в сборке инсталлята в связи с этим
